Axon Ax-100. hold doesn't work

I have an Axon AX-100 that works well with the exception of the hold function

you could use a midi foot switch instead

I think if the battery dies,
everything but preset recall will work

super. I have a guitar with the GK2 pickup and a Godin guitar. a long time ago. I did some fun things with the arpeggiator and wanted to revisit it.

These days I use these exclusively,
the Squier has a GK3 pup
Fret sensing is near flawless, it has advantage==>

the Mustang is straightforward and cheap,
Squier is expensive and convoluted
On Windows 11, my executable MIDI software mods are working fine and available
The Squier requires 3 hardware mods,
details are in that thread
Get a Mustang and see if you like it,
if you do, invest in the Squier and I'm here to help
They are actually dirty sweet to play, both

I still can't get the arpeggiator to work on the Axon I've tried the different settings maybe I'm missing something

maybe you can use a VST arp?

good idea but a while back I got some great stuff using the onboard axon arp but I am also interested in a good vst arp any suggestions? thanks
