Support Now Requires Support Code, Support Codes Unavailable

Their phone number tells you to check their forum, which is offline. Then it asks you to provide a valid support code, which I don't have since I purchased their product through Plugin Boutique. All I want is help getting Structure 2 to show up in Logic Pro; this is apparently a common problem since I see more than two dozen posts on various forums about it.

Does anyone else know how to get these support codes?

Hello, there was a form on their website to submit a request and get a support code. I tried several times, tt never worked for me in years, always hanging after submit.

I recently had to request an ilok reset (laptop crash...) but didn't have much luck with the support form. There was a follow up feedback form so I said the page wasn't much use and then received an email from them within minutes apologising and asking for my full details. They then had my issue sorted within a day I think.

So, not a great system but they seemed very responsive once I got through to them. Didn;t have to phone anyone.
