Hi,
i've sent an email regarding the shimmer plugin that doesn't work but because no one got back to me i thought i'd try on here. Basically it says it's installed but i can't seem to find it anywhere on my mac, therefore i'm unable to authorize it.

What shimmer plugin are you talking about? Valhalla Shimmer?
If so you would be better off posting in the Valhalla forum which is here on kvr.

Once you run the installer, the plugin should show up in your DAW. The authorization happens when you bring up the plugin on an audio track / send.
If the plugin doesn't show up as an option in your DAW, my suggestion is to run the installer again. For OSX, the plugin is installed to specific locations, so it should come up as an option. For Windows, make sure that the paths you specify in the installation options match up to wherever you keep your plugin files.
