hey Sean, I've left you a couple of emails but have gotten no reply. For whatever reason, my download page on the site shows the WIN version for the VPlate that I've purchased but only the OS version for the beloved VVVerb. I have the KeyFile for it but can't download the full version to my new hard drive. Can you update my "Plugins and Licenses" please ?

I just refreshed your VintageVerb download permissions in your user account, so you should have access to both OSX and Windows versions. Sorry about the late reply - emails sent via the Contact form on the website go into a different queue than the Support form.
